Before the calendar match of the Ukrainian Premier league FC “Karpaty” vs FC “Vorskla” the Public organization “Karpaty” together with the Maltese Aid Service organized a mini-football tournament for children from Lviv region boarding schools. Teams consisted of 15-year-old youngsters. The main target of the tournament was giving opportunity for orphans and children from poor families to support favourite club FC “Karpaty” in the stadium (most of youngsters live in distant regions and normally can not afford to visit matches of FC “Karpaty”). Moreover, all participants received souvenirs, free food and drinks from the organizators. |
