Football match between “Karpaty” fans and a combined team of Lviv policemen took place despite all difficulties emerged in course of preparations at the “Progress” stadium instead of previously announced artificial pitch of the Western Ukrainian Football Academy.
The final score of the first match between representatives of law enforcement bodies and Lviv fans was 2:0. After “dry” first half “the coppers” managed to score a goal, and then – another one. Legendary goalkeeper of FC “Karpaty” Mr Gabor Vayda while refereeing the match was absolutely fair and unbiased.
Although according to one of leading ultras Mr Butthead: “The ref was not so fair, he cancelled my goal and often whistled unsubstantial faults”.
