18 hours before opening ceremony we received refusal of Wisla fans to participate in Eurofan. The decision of polish supporters is hard to understand, especially taking into account that Krakow is the closest city to Lviv,from all cities represented by participants. And it seemed there should be no reasons for Wisla participation. But ... |

On 17-18 April 2009 a meeting of FSI coordination group with respect to fan embassies took place in Hamburg (Germany). We are quite pleased that this year for the second time representative of PO “Karpaty” was invited from Ukraine among other representatives from 16 different countries.

For attention of all those willing to support the National team of Ukraine in Zagreb we offer a detailed schedule for the trip. Compared to our announcement we have increased duration of the tour to 11 days (5-15 June) and added to the program one free day in the capital of Hungary – Budapest.

In the beginning of summer i.e. 6 June 2009 the National football team of Ukraine will play its second qualifying match for the World Cup 2010 in this year. After match in England this time the Ukrainians will face equally strong side – the National team of Croatia.
We do not intend to leave Ukrainians without support in Zagreb. And if 37 fans from Lviv will travel to London, then we expect at least... |

High level of support secured by fans in the stadium “Ukraina” on many occasions was recognized by well-known football personalities of Europe and often performances of Lviv fans were marked out as an example of quality support.
Number of supporters at home matches during last years relatively reduced but still it is one of the best ones compared to other Ukrainian clubs. However for the moment question of developing culture...
